What is the Return/Refund Policy?

We provide refunds on products broken during shipping to you. We will provide shipping information to you to return the product to us as long as it is within 5 days of receipt of the product. You will need to take pictures of the broken product inside the box it came in. Please contact us for specific steps to take to ensure you comply with the refund policy.

Can we ship to a different address than the billing address?

Yes, you will need to specify what address to ship to during the checkout process.

How will I know my product has shipped?

As soon as your order is packed and sent for shipping we will provide you a tracking number so you can track your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

When you are ready to check out you will see an option to proceed to Paypal. You will then have an option to pay with your Paypal account or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We also have an option to pay with BITCOIN so if you would like to pay with Bitcoin you will need to email us so we can provide instructions to complete the order..
