How long will delivery take?
Products are usually shipped within 4-5 days and delivery should be within 3 days after being shipped. Products that are in high demand may be delayed a little bit longer but we will contact you if there are any delays expected to affect your delivery.

What exactly happens after ordering?
We process your order and then our glass blowers will make your product and then ship we will ship it out to you.
